Anyone catch the men's rowing fours medal ceremony? I've never seen so much meat and veg packed into lycra in my life! What a line up - Australia, GB and the USA all packing a fair bit of heat, but the Aussies definately took the Gold. Usain Bolt was also packing a third leg in that 100m heat too.
