Do any of North stand chat users live at wick hall , as i am thinking of buying a flat there and would like to know what it is like there.

used to work for the property managers of that block.

about 1/4 of each day was spent (wasted?) on complaints from noisy neighbours, druggies, service fees, and much more petty stuff besides..

glad when some other mug took it over, to be honest!

My parents used to live in Wick Hall, whilst I lived in Furze Croft opposite (great if I needed a cup of sugar)

Nice block, fab location & was full of retired folk!

One of the few blocks that has a proper communal garden

Pig awful place to try and park - very few spaces so always a bit of a bunfight.
