The Nike stuff is just so bland and dull i could design it and i have no experience of designing sportswear.

Nike probably would try and claim that. The more depressing thing is that people will lap it up and still buy any old crap from them as it is nike.

And i am one of those idiots!

But I buy it because its the club kit. I have one for my son every year of his life with name and number so have to keep that going! he will get bored of it by 16 but at 6 loves it!

I had them as well until the nike ones. I just can not justify that money on a catalogue kit, even if it does have a different collar!

Agree - this years had to wait until the end of season sale.

However I have now signed him up to young Seagulls so I think we get one year of the free home shirt!

I hope his birthday isn't in May or he will be dissapointed (unless you don't buy him this seasons shirt until the season has finished in which case he will have 2)

I've reconsidered. If we've got the red shirt as the third kit still, it seems unlikely we'll have the pink number... This yellow number has to be up there as a decent option given what other Nike teams are getting.

FWIW Tom Gorringe has confirmed it won't be today.
Looks like my guess of tomorrow is wrong & we might start pre-season in last year's kit as there is no sign of the usual teaser campaign

Are they waiting for a player signing?

I can't see any other reason to delay to after the Crawley game.

Surprising isn't it unless they want to use the first friendly as a launch?
Much prefer your reasoning :lolol:

The new training kit is such a cop out. All they've added is the black band across the chest. It's clear that Nike really don't give a shit about us, and are probably just irritated that we decided to go with them as a manufacturer.

Bring back Errea. Anyone know how long the Nike contract was for?

I really don't hold out any hope that Nike will do anything other than a template kit for us, with a horrendous iron on badge.
