Ive used gumtree a few times to rent rooms out in London, it was so successful that I could pick and choose who I liked and have them moved in within about 48 hours! Never had to try any other places though so can't recommend any really, maybe The Friday Ad?

I know someone looking for a room around that sort of time, she needs to be out of her place in August, shes moving back home for a month to sort some stuff out and then looking to come back to hove. How big is this room and what's included? and would you consider a 22 year old female?

That seems like a lot to me. You can get a half decent flat of your own for £650.

I was paying £400 a month for a room in Brighton (excluding bills) in a 2 bed flat and that was cheap. The new tenants are paying £475 each, which is the going rate. Brighton & Hove isn't a cheap place to rent.
