Having worked with both Accountants and Actuaries I can confirm one of those groups use their personalities as contraception.

Maybe accountancy might be boring but look at the wages you could earn if you are good at it. One of my friends has just quit his job as Financial Officer for a well known online estate agency. And he was on £296,000 per year! No idea why he quit?
