The only way to stop it is to arrange a mass boycott, and tell the club that the prices are unacceptable. Then they'll have to reduce the costs or lose the business.

Trouble is there are loads of fans who just pay whatever and don't worry about the cost.

So, Boycott anyone? Can it be organised?

but the vendor said that the club had imposed pricing on them as part of the agreement to sell at Withdean.

I thought it was £1.50 last season as well.

Maybe the imposition is that prices must not go above that level - or that all vendors must charge the same price?



It was £4 for a hot dog and coke at Madejski - and that was "draught" coke as well - as opposed to a bottle

Yeah I know, but it's a bit rich isn't it, puting up the prices when we still have a shit stadium. If you wanted to set up a hotdog stand outside in the road and charge lower prices you would never get permission, I just don't like the cartel approach to business.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for charging what you like for something, but there has to be an alternative.
