To be fair, driving a car like that, not stopping when blocked, and then driving head on into a police car and not caring if he killed anyone or not, I would say he was riding his luck that day. He might be a loss to his family but not for the human race.

My American friends say that the majority of these homicides in Chicago are black on black crime. Therefore the majority of Chicago citizens that don't pay attention much because they don't touch their lives in the white/hispanic neighborhoods. There is an organization in the USA called "Black Lives Matter" that protests against white police on black incidents. There seems to be a protest planned by US black athletes at the Olympics in Rio. What makes some white citizens angry in Chicago and other cities is that there is no organization that protests nationally against black on black crime. There have been some whites/hispanics caught up in the black on black crime and that is what truly terrorizes the citizens of Chicago and other US cities. They don't understand why there isn't more reaction and protest to the black on black crime.

That's because the issue is the DISPROPORTIONATE number of white people killed police in America compared to the number of black people. Yes obviously black on black killings are a massive problem in the US but you have to ask why there are so few white people killed by police. Protect and Serve? Hmmmm.

Ultimately US policing is f****d up anyway. You only need to look at the way they handled the stolen car in Chicago to see that. British police manage to deal with stolen cars on a daily basis without calling firearms units to empty several clips into a vehicle and then the driver after for good measure.

Or is it because per head of population blacks are far more violent than whites? Despite being only 13% of the population they make up almost 50% of the convicted murderers.

Blacks kill whites at a rate of almost 2:1 compared to whites killing blacks.
