IMHO Its comes down to the comments Madjeski made about Managers should see out their full contract. All rules by Reading FC seem to be made above board.

Perhaps Madjeski should live by his words and let SC see out his full contract with us and then when we're in the same league and we've got permission for Falmer we will be in the better position to keep him
