...to terrorise once more. He will don the sacred Red and Blue stripes for 5 more years. The floodlights shining off his little bald head as he skips past not one, not two, not 3 but 11 of Brighton's players to slip his 1st goal past the keeper. The Palace crowd go f***ing mental jumping up and down, some on their seats, while the poor little Seagulls cry into their hands facing another crushing defeat at the hands of their hated rivals.

Nevermind, you've still got...................nope. You're f***ed.

5 years? You are delusional. You know he will not be there for that long, the only reason he has signed a new contract is to force other clubs to pay more for him if/when Palarse fail to get promoted again. One more season at the most, then he's gone. If he stays with you in the Championship, he won't play for England, and he's not that loyal.

Only scored as many goals as he did because he had a lot of penalties. He will struggle this year and will not score more than 12 goals.

No...we keep a penalty taker and get £25m from the Premiership after the penalty taker scores 25+ goals to take us up.

He will be marked out of every game and kicked from here to kingdom come. People have his number now.

Looks like he's given up. Knows Jordan won't release him for less than "silly money" and no Premiership club is willing to spend it. So, he accepts more money and waits to see what happens. Understandable on all sides. You better hope he bangs in the goals though. That's a big wage to be lumbered with in this division.

He still managed to score 21 last season against the best defenders in the world marking him. Butters and co are hardly the best in the World...

Especially when the rest of the team (that's right Palarse, you need more than just one player...) get a little fed up with the attention and the wages that ego-boy is attracting. By making him the "superstar" (cough, cough), Jordan has just brought more attention to him. Gone by the end of the season.

Palarse know that he is important - he is the only subject of conversation from their boys on this site, and he is the only player that gets a mention in the media. Unfortunately, he will soon believe that he is too important for Palarse - but Jordan knows that and has set it all up for a high transfer fee.

Unless he gets injured in the early part of the season, then it's a cock up all round.

FAIL? How can we fail to get promoted with such a remarkable squad. Go and watch your 2 bob outfit and fight another relegation battle in front of 9,000 fans. :D

So, the great AJ may score against us. A struggling club whose main goal is to get a new ground so we can compete in the CCC.

I can just imagine Sven taking notice of that! (Not).

The transfer market has gone a bit flat, as the Micheal Owen situation shows. If none of the big clubs are coming in for a proven world class act then it shows things aren't moving.
January transfer window, he'll be off to a mid table prem' club (Newcastle?), & you knows it!

Jordan? That press conference was all about him & his ego.
