An Urgent Question

I have been speaking Yorkie who has suggested I do this. I want to move back down to the sea but need to know who the main Breweries are down there for my girlfriend who is a licensee..

Can someone tell which breweries please have the most managed (Non free house or tenancies) pubs down there?

If she's up for an enormous challenge - the Waterside in Shoreham needs a new landlady!! Its a managed pub - I'm trying to think of who by.... thinking thinking....

Southwick.
Harveys are the main brewery down here.....they are based in Lewes.

Actually you are probably right.
The present landlord has only been in there about 3 years, and he made major changes when he arrived.
Its not my local, but do go there when playing in the Brighton Bar Billiard league.

Just thought of Shepherd and Neame as well - they're in Faversham in Kent and have a few pubs this way as well.

There's also Hall and Woodhouse (Badger beers) in Blandford Forum, Dorset who have pubs in Sussex.
