Good grief.
Firstly that's not an article, it's an advert. Secondly, it's by Christopher Booker - a man with no background in science who doesn't believe in evolution or the fact that cigarette smoke is carcinogenic. Bearing in mind those things it's no surprise that he chooses to "debunk climate change" through a book, available in all good bookshops priced £16.99, rather than through, you know, actual science. He scarcely mentions that in the article, his only claims - that temperatures are on a downward trend, and that the poles are not melting more and more each year - are variably false.
