3.30pm I find out what's going to happen with my job. I'm a caretaker at a primary school and it's not looking good for me. I feel sick.

Thanks guys. I'm petrified to be honest. I have five children to look out for. I'm also in the middle of losing my house. Needless to say, I'm pretty rubbish to be around right now.

Good luck .... being made redundant ( or even going through the process ) is one of the worst things that can happen in life.

A bit of advice - if it is the worst news then chuck in a formal grievance saying you don't think the process was fair. It can ( but not always ) delay your redundancy by a few weeks meaning longer to find another job and more money.
