Thanks. It was, for the second year running, a birthday treat. Last year, on the 22nd of June, they named the stadium .... and this year they painted the white lines on the pitch !!

Beautiful and that`s the first time I`ve looked at the badge and thought the seagull was flying in the right direction!I still can`t believe that that is our stadium.I loved the Goldstone but to be honest we all used to moan what a sh1t ground it was.This is the first time in our history we can be truly proud of the quality of our ground...sorry, STADIUM!!

I loved the Goldstone but to be honest we all used to moan what a sh1t ground it was.

I don't remember the Goldstone seming to be shite when I was kid in the 70s - probably through the eyes of an innocent lad, but it certainly was towards the end.
