American Football - Unsophisticated 'rugby' with padding.
BAsketball - Utter tripe.
Ice Hockey - Enjoyable.
Baseball - Good to watch live, but dull on the box.

I'd have to go along with that.

Cannot get American Football as a participator or spectator sport AT ALL.

Basketball I should imagine is fun to play, provided you're tall, but is abysmally dull to watch.

Baseball I can imagine being interesting to watch live and play. As a cricket fan I'm a bit of a statto so that side of the game appeals to me, and also the reports of life inside a baseball ground make it sound like a good afternoon's entertainment but I doubt I'd give it the time of day on the box other than as moving wallpaper. Being served a beer at your seat is a f***ing great idea though. We can learn from that over here.

And Ice Hockey is probably the nearest popular American Sport to our own football, with the difference (apart from the obvious) being that you're very very unlikely to see a 0-0 so I can imagine that's good fun to go out and watch in a live arena.

All the sports are good but I can't help feeling that especially baseball and american football are sports the Americans made up so they get to be World Champions. Look at Baseball for god's sake.... poor Cuba and Japan get hammered. And it used to be the same with basketball and ice hockey too (wıth the exceptşon of the USSR)

I'm pretty sure Canada aren't too bad when it comes to Ice Hockey
