I think I am an alchoholic of some degree. If its a lovely day and a nice temperature, lets say I'm on my way home from the shops. I like to sit outside and have a beer, then another and another and once I'm past 3 pints I can't stop then need to get other people out with me and i'll be totally pissed up and lose half my shopping and come home with a wallet full of coins and bruises. Same in winter when its really cold out. The pub looks so inviting all warm with banter and the fire going. Yet i can go two weeks without it easily. I mean not one drink. I think I am a binge drinker. Which apparently is very bad.

i can never just have a quick drink you know?? if its lunch drinks at work i'll talk people into having the afternoon off and getting wrecked.

Under 21 units a week are supposed to be a healthy limit. Don't know what defines alcoholic quantities, though.
