Two comments to make on this thread.

1. This could very well be the game that Albion will win. Ask yourself could you live with the guilt at having missed that by going to watch Chelsea.

2. By all means go to the Chelsea game and give your ticket free of charge to a REAL ALBION FAN !!!!!!!!!

Therefore go to the Chelsea game and give your Colchester ticket to me ;)

You could give me the Brighton ticket.

I say go as it's only 1 game - and not an important one at that. You can watch the likes of Joe cole (mmmmmmmm.........) and then realise he is not a patch on Leon Knight.

Speaking of LK, sing loads of songs about him and see if any of the plastic fans know what your talking about.

Deffo go Easy, give Frank Lampard a kiss for me, he's gorgeous.
It will be a great experience but I bet you'll miss the Withdean in a weird way.

As a way out of the moral implications you should give your ticket to me. Free of charge.

dwayne,

Did you actually give any thought at all to my warnings that if you continued with your usual brash, arrogant bollocks then you wouldn't me an NSC member for very long and that no number of begging emails would change that?

It's just - from where I'm sitting it seems it is the same old, same old...

Nothing wrong with that Easy.

I usually go and watch Charlton with my stepdad once or twice a season, and really enjoy being in a bigger stadium and watching better football. That might sound a bit sacreligious but its true. Its a nice break from the depressathon's I have to endure at withdean, although I obviously wouldnt swap the seagulls for anything.

I do have a soft spot for Charlton as well, which helps. If I went somewhere like the Bridge it would just be for the spectacle, I wouldnt give a toss who won. Chelski-Fulham would be a cracker from a neutral view.

Its a bit like the old 'Im comfortable with my sexuality' argument. You know, i can see why ALL the birds love safeway, he's gorgeous, but that doesnt make me gay. Similarly, i can go and watch other football teams, but that won't make me a fan, Im 'comfortable' with my allegiance....

I only go on wednesdays and the last 4 times I've been, he's been there with Joe cole and Terry.

Point taken, although a PM would suffice

So what you really meant was, 'Chappers, if you want to meet Frank Lampard you should come to Chinawhites with me because every time I have been he has been there also and the chances are this will be the case again. Plus I'll buy you LOADS of Jack'.

Just think of all the fun we'll have here discussing how great Leon's hattrick was against Colchester and you'll be reading wondering how you didn't fall asleep whilst watching a 0-0 bore draw.

My Company has 5 season tickets at Chelsea - East Stand Centre @ £1,750 each for corporate entertaining. I haven't been to a match in the last 5 years, I leave it to my co-directors. Give me the Albion any day

No I haven't been to a home game at Withdean this season, but that's for geographical reasons and the fact that none of my albion supporting mates/family go to home games. The bridge is a 10 minute walk from my gaff and I can also say that I also haven't been to a Chelski game this season when the albion have been playing, so the two are not interlinked.

Dwayne,

For someone who claims to support The Albion your statement regarding 'geographical' reasons is absolute, complete bollocks. As Yorkie says, there are plenty of people who drive long distances to see us every week so a tube to Victoria, train to Brighton then to Preston Park and a 10 minute walk to Withdean is not much of a hardship. If your 'friends' or family don't want to go, go on your own - you never know, you might make some new friends. If you spent a bit more time getting to know people instead of slaughtering them from the safety of your keyboard you might turn into a much better person.

Persoanlly, I would like to meet you because I can't believe that you are as arrogant and pompous in real life as you project via NSC.

Before you ask, I don't go every week but go to as many home and away game as I can, family commitments permitting. The big difference is that I don't have a season ticket for the team from the town in which I live.
