I've got a Chelski season ticket and go occasionally (sell most), it's not that great I wouldn't get carried away, albion every time,The few times I've been to the bridge I get bored pretty easily.

What's the point in going to watch a team you don't support.

Have you been to a home game yet this season dwayne?

Seems strange to be watching Chelsea when Albion home tickets have been widely available...

After all, you will be punished enough by the sheer boredom of watching Premiership football and find yourself longing to be at Withdean.

No I haven't been to a home game at Withdean this season, but that's for geographical reasons and the fact that none of my albion supporting mates/family go to home games. The bridge is a 10 minute walk from my gaff and I can also say that I also haven't been to a Chelski game this season when the albion have been playing, so the two are not interlinked.

Nephew...16...possible season ticket holder for Falmer...and your taking him to Chelski?......BAD BOY
Ahh, he is also a season ticket holder at Withdean (his mum - my sister - obviously saw to that). He's stripes through and through, no danger there.

His dad does have some useful connections though. I had a day with the lad when I took him toi Silverstone last year as a guest with the Renault F1 team when they were testing. Met Fernando Alonso, Fisichella, Ralf Schumacher (miserable bastard), and a few other F1 drivers who's names escape me now. Top day though.

It's not something new that I've been going on about, I have stated it on here before, and trust me for a young bloke who is on around 400-500k a year, giving someone who does a valuable piece of work for him a season ticket that is worth a few hundred (which he got free anyway) is a small price to pay and ensures future prosperity for both parties.

to be fair it was an attention seeking thread, no one else really gets anything out of it apart from Easy. All I have done is redirect where the attention is being directed.

you think.... so who is this mystery guy that GAVE you the tickets then ?
I think its from the same fella who got us the F1 tickets. A chief mechanic quite high up at Renault. Nice bloke, met him at Silverstone. My nephew and brother-in-law were also invited to their testing session at Barcelona last month, which they went to and had a great time.

I'm next up again hopefully. You don't know noise till you've heard an F1 car revving up in the pits. Jesus !

Thought it was a Range Rover.

Strange you didn't point out the difference, especially given the market that RRs are aimed at...

Oh I'm well out of your league Dwayne.
A humble Rover 216 Gsi. But I'm fond of the old girl. She's smooth, and treats me right. I can't ask for nothin' more.

Geographical reasons?

Hands up all those who drive more than 50 miles to Withdean for a home game.

It's better to regret what you did rather than what you didn't do.

Not sure how that bit of cliqued advice applies to this dilemma though.

yep was a Range Bozz. Who are Range Rovers made by?

Referee, I'm not really concerned as to what you believe and don't believe, you are welcome to come up to South Kensington anytime and I will happily sell you a chelski ticket for face value, how does that sound?
