No the Championship window was slammed shut simultaneously with the EPL window. The League 1 and 2 windows are still ajar until the end of the month when they too will be slammed shut.

OK, fairy nuff, I stand corrected. No Championship loan for Connolly then - that rather surprises me. I can't see him breaking through just yet, so it looks as if it'll have to be League 1, which would be a bit of a come down, IMHO.
