They've become another franchise, wouldn't be surprised if they changed their name to London Olympic or something. Must be a marketing opportunity to overseas money men that there is no club with London in it's title

Club crest has already seen name changed to "West Ham United London"

If it so good, why don't they buy it?

Because the owners LLDC provide athletics and other events. If the stadium were bought by WHU they, no doubt, would turn it into a proper football stadium.
