I am old enough to remember the BBC's vidiprinter in the old days.
There was a bit of excitement about it, waiting for the results to come up, as they were typed on the screen. None of this instant flashing up of results you get today.
But my best memory of watching the vidiprinter results come in. Was one day, when the result for Scunthorpe and typed up with the S was missed off!
