As others have said he directly contributed to 4 incredibly valuable points, last season, and larruped us towards Wembley.
Not something the likes of Kemy, loanee Leon not the, Danny Holler (sp) who I quite liked, Elvis, et al can claim.
14 million big ones though. Kemy was indeed a disgrace but didn’t he come on a free? Or not much.
Worst signing has to be measured on contribution and outlay.
Arguably his goals kept us up last season though. For me it was CMS given who we lost when we got him. An upmarket but still not top of the Championship quality Alex Revell, and let’s not forget he was our record signing by some margin when he came here. He certainly wound me up with his ball control more than any other player in this decade, probably because of the price tag and that he wasn’t a patch on Murray.
I'm sure I remember a chant about it..............I've just discovered that Tommy Fraser was the grandson of Richardson Gang enforcer Mad Frankie Fraser. I had no idea.
According to The Sun when Tommy was asked by a local Brighton-based journalist if his granddad ever attended his games, Fraser replied: "No, but he reads your reports and he was unhappy you only gave me six out of 10 last week." It was said that Fraser was never rated less than 7/10 by the local paper again.

Mr Bloom might have looked at Big Jurg's 4 points (yes I know they aren't his 4) differently as he cashed this season £100,000,000 cheque.
Really? OK........................I think all that it proves when a team pays wages above the value of a player that the player has a good agent who got him a good contract.

Big Jurg’s four points in his seven-day purple patch. Yeah, they proved important.
I think I’m right in saying he is doing well in Germany . Maybe we can get £10m back for him.
I fear he’ll be palmed off on a free
But if you think the Albion can get £10m back from a £15m outlay on a player who has some upsides, shirley it's then tough to view him as the Albion's worst signing of the decade?
He's scored 4 in 10.
when he arrived Hoffenheim were just above relegation, now they are 1 point from Europe.
Obviously that's no more down to Big Jurg as the 4 points I'm attempting to shoehorn into his defence (cos Big Jurg, is my guy - history suggests it was always going to end badly )
