I said ages the club should've done a Blue & White for FALMER wristband, then it'd be for a cause and not just a shitty fashion statement!

I Rock!...people should listen to me more often

Good job I am not like Wozza because I had this idea months ago ;)

I will buy one but doubt I will wear it veyr much to be honest.

Good way of getting money though and as someone pointed out (Yorkie I think) its right price for pocket money so means all the younger fans can buy them.

Many of the younger fans probably cant afford to give a lot of money to alive and kicking etc and this is a nice way they can contribute and get something in return so  to the club.

JUST HAD A THOUGHT AND HAVE ASKED THE INSIDER THE SAME QUESTION DOES THE MONEY GO TO THE A+K APPEAL IF NOT I THINK IT SHOULD.
I HAVE A YELLOW LIVE STRONG BAND AND ALWAYS WEAR IT, BUT I THINK THE ALBION ONES LOOK TOO MUCH LIKE THE ANTI BULLYING ONES.

AGREE OR DISAGREE?

Oh give over, you know damn well that within weeks, there will be wristbands in every colour of the rainbow, for all manner of frivolous causes, so who can blame the Albion for jumping on the bandwagon?

We already have yellow for Lance Armstrong's charity, blue ones for bullying, black & white ones for Nike, er, sorry, anti racism causes, red ones for something else I can't remember.

How long before there are pink ones for breast cancer or gay rights, green ones for saving a bunch of trees, orange ones for funding Dale Winton's next permanent tanning session, brown ones for research into pioneering hair transplant surgery for retired balding celebrities....etc

the pink one is for breast cancer. it was the first one i believe. breast cancer is a serious issue.

the fact that these wristbands have become a fashion item is all the more reason for bha to bring one out. for me, the best thing to do is give money to the serious causes (like cancer, bullying etc.) and wear a wristband for the more trivial matters, like the seagulls one.

What happened to your idea, Richie?

Did you find a supplier? Get estimates of costs? Place any orders? Find any potential customers?

Yes I found a supplier. Yes I got estimates of costs and I asked how many people on here would want one.

Not that any of that matters because the club have done it and I say 'good on them!'

Your post makes my innitial one sound arsey which it was not at all.

As far as I am concerned if someone has an idea and someone else then follows it up or has the same idea it does not matter in the slightest.

What matters is the club make money!
