Albion/Worthing player ? Help needed

I'm working for a chap over the road from me today who is a big Worthing fan. He was talking about a player who left the Albion under a cloud - he allegedly kicked one of the doors in - and went to play for Worthing pretty much straight after. He scored 4 in a game for the Rebels against Bromley before going up to Motherwell he thinks. This was during Sammy Donnelly's time at Worthing. Scottish lad by all accounts and was probably about 10 to 15 years ago. The guy keeps talking about him but cannot remember his name and it is doing my head in so help me out.
