I don't follow the Albion Women's team, but I noticed the club tweet for their match tonight:-

Assuming the graphic is correct, they have named two substitute goalkeepers.

It's not unheard of, I seem to remember Guardiola naming two goalkeepers a few times at Bayern during an injury crisis.

And international matches normally there are two goalkeepers on the bench too.
