I watched Flitney play in a pre-season match for Fulham at Kingstonian and although he did nothing wrong, I wasn't overly impressed with him, though I would rather anyone on the bench than Keeley unless it was Wil Packham!

At work - probably
Has anyone seen Ben May (or is it Chris May)?? - anyway Larry May's son who's the goalie not his outfield brother. Could he have done a job on the bench??

Wasn't Chris May on the bench for the Arundel friendly?

Chris May went to my old school (year below me) and is a quality keeper. But he's still only 17 so probably not ready for the 1st team yet.

Biography:
Nineteen-year-old Ross is a talented goalkeeper who has developed hugely since joining the Club from Arsenal in 2000. He has the perfect build for a keeper and has already developed the nickname ‘Little Edwin’ with his potential to follow in the Dutchman’s footsteps.

Quick thinking, agile, a good reader of the game and a strong personality are all character traits that a top keeper needs and which Ross has shown over his time at Fulham.

Assistant Academy Director Paul Nevin heaped praise on Ross saying; “Looking around the country I think that the development of good English goalkeepers is a priority for all Clubs and also for the National team. When you find one then I think it is very important that you hold on to that person and work with them. We think we have such a person in Ross.”
