Albion Goals - How do you celebrate yours?

 :drink:

Last night at Rushden involved me looking terribly smug and clapping politely.

Being a guest in a Rushden hospitality box with free beer, it was a small price to pay.

Was hoping for a late Rushden goal as I was on 2-3 at 28/1.

Shola Ama? Whatever happened to her?

Good question.

Got to start celebrating by doing a dance, it feels great.

*runs of excitedly to google to discover what happened to Shola Ama*

her official website is 3 years and 6 months out of date.

I think she may have disappeared of the face of the earth.

Bob's Bury goal had me spasming quite spectacularly.

Me too. I remember jumping up and down for a couple of seconds and then bellowing "THAT'S f***ing CLASS!!" in my mates face about five times, the poor bastard. That goal still remains the best one I have ever seen by an Albion player.

As before, usually jumping up and down, punching the air and hugging whoever's closest.

Occasionally, though, certain goals or saves make me completely loose it for a few seconds - such as Leon Knight's goal at R&D last night. Despite being the opposite side of the stand to where Leon celebrated, I was off to join in before I remembered that I had my 8 year old daughter with me, who just looked at me in bewilderment thinking I was going on the pitch!

Still, that's what makes following your team so special - those moments of sheer elation.

Get in.

Meopham, Kent.
Leap up, arms raised shouting a long "Yeeeessssss" then normally hug someone nearby.

THEN the important bit comes along, as Colin gets his mints out and passes them around us all. Easy10 MUST refuse his. That's superstition for you.

In the south stand we all go mental.

In the north stand they,

stand up, smile, clap politly, light a cuban cigar, sit down, address the person next to them with "Great day for it", before finally watching the match again.

Usually I jump up and down with both fists clenched going YEEEEESSSSS, followed by punching air with just one fist a few times, then look for programme and sit down smiling stupidly.

its not quite as mental as
standing up, smiling, claping politly, lighting a cuban cigar, siting down, addressing the person next to you with "Great day for it", before finally watching the match again, is it!
Apparently sumone in the northstans shouted YESS and jumped around. Only to be escorted away into the south stand wit the rest of the yobs.

Manchester.
If I'm sitting down and we score then I get up and clap :clap2: then sit back down.

If I'm standing and we score then I do a mental and kiss who ever is around me and go completely bonkers.

Sitting sucks :(

Has to be jumping up and down screaming YES then chanting

SSSEEEAAAAGGUULLLSSSS SSEEEAAAAGGGUUULLLSSSS

Many many times!

When listening on SCR the shouts often scare the hell out of the dog too - makes him go absolutely crazy, think that is of course because Albion scored more than anything else!!
