Albion Fixtures into Outlook

For the last World Cup someone sent me a neat little mini-application that put all of the fixtures into my Outlook calendar without me having to painstakingly put them in myself.

Has anyone put together, or got, one of these for the Albion fixtures for this season? If not I reckon people would welcome it.

I'm clearly not savvy enough to sort this out myself or I'd have already done it for everyone else

Anyone out there selfless enough to have done this, or show me how?

click on each day there's a game, and input the fixtures yourself... if that doesn't work... try turning it off and back on again...??
