Thanks for doing this, BUT can't get it to import into Outlook, help!

Goto File-import, Import from another Program or file, Comma Separated Values (DOS), Browse to the csv file, then select Calendar.

Works on Outlook 2010 and should work on older Outlooks as well but I can't test it from here.
