Good to know we are not on our own out here... do you guys get to many games?

Enough. The late Saturday Aer Lingus rotation to Gatwick starts again in a few weeks which allows you to get over and back in one day, saves a lot of money in food/hotels etc.

I think Liam managed it on Ryanair before but that is really not for me!

I've been to Ireland twice if that counts....I guess it must do, it'd count enough for me to be eligible to play for the national team.

I usually fly sat morning then home again sunday... Gatwick is bloody expensive though.

Going to try and go to some away games as cheaper to fly up north!

I got to 3 games at the Amex last season. Doing it in a day trip is easy if you're not a snob like MYOB :)

Hoping to go to the Leeds game in Nov and also Sheff Wed away in Feb (my wife's brother lives there and his in-laws are Owls)

While I'm at it, I found a couple of Shoot magazines from 1982 and scanned in a few pages:

What odds could there be on a Brighton player being on the cover of one
of these two old mags?

Our record signing - at least until very recently...

And we thought Nobo was an unfortunate shirt sponsor...

Mum and dad live in Enniskillen so over there a lot and will be over again around Christmas as usual. Love the place an area. Loch Erne is gorgeous. Mate of mine Mark has lived just outside Cavan for quite a few years now but can't remember the name of his village!

Sorry to bounce, but didn't merit a new thread, but I'm moving to Dublin this weekend.

Do any of those Dub based people know somewhere good to watch the game on Monday night?

Reviving this thread because I bumped into tronnogull in the airport on my back from Saturday's match. I've set up a Facebook group that people can join which is probably a better way to keep track of each other than threads like this popping up every couple of years:

Irish Seagulls Facebook Group

Join up and spread the word. Any member can add a new member.

We might arrange to meet up some time, or we might not, who knows...
