4-2 against Gillingham under Hinshelwood - I've never laughed so much at my own team as i did when Petterson fell flat on his arse in the last minute, their bloke scored, and was then sent off for over-celebrating!:lolol:

Was that when Marney was voted player of the month on the back of ONE cross in that game?

Very true, also have to nominate
Brighton 1-2 Swindon, playoff semi second leg, I loved that one, but the ultimate has to be Shresbury 3-0 Brighton, after we had won the third division, for all sorts of reasons :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

That is correct.
Not forgetting the missed chance from all of 2 yards!:D

:clap2: Classy game. Looked like we could snatch a 3-3 until that moment!

Trigger, I remember that Cardiff Brighton game. Bad tempered, was it not? Great fun though! Were we 1 up, then 5-1 down???

Way out west
The Arsenal cup game was superb, one of the best displays I have seen from an Albion side, one that went on to be promoted that season. Losing 1-0 at Man Utd in the early 90's was pretty good too, again in the 4th round of the Cup. The best bit was being able to gloat to Pompey fans at work about going to Old Trafford for the game, especially as we had knocked them out in round 3.
