I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy by the staff at the shop although I have ranted and roared when they didnt have my size or whatever but that is not their fault they are just the face that we see.

If you have a problem take it up with the club Martin Perry is chief executive which encompasses the entire club I am sure that he would direct your complaint to the appropriate person if you wrote/ emailed him. It may give him a welcome break from legal papers on Falmer.

In front of the PC
I was told this the day before the Watford away game last season. I just pointed out that a) it was a present from my girlfriend, b) I did not live in Brighton and would not be able to get back before Christmas, c) I was going to Watford that day and really wanted it so I could wear it at the game.

In the end they said give them 10 mins. They did make me buy them a packet of biscuits though.

Went to get my shirt printed in the morning,as I was doing a bit of pre match shopping. However, when I asked to get it done,I was told that they didn't print on matchdays as they were too busy!I just looked at all four of them, standing behind the counter, drinking tea and talking about biscuits!Do they not want money?
Just one thing - why did you come on here to moan about it? Just to score a cheap point? I don't disagree with you about the staff in the Club Shop, however, why don't you tell the club, who can do something about it?

I went there the other week with Potter, and noticed the same effect. I didn't say nothing, but I was mainly wondering if they had a thought of who I was because I wore the infamous Frutos 19 shirt.

So what did you say?.

Why would they know you just because you were wearing a shirt with Alex Frutos' name, and number from last year, on it?

Have I missed something here ???
