Neither here nor there
Here's one of ours. It's to the tune of Fields of Gold by Sting, or Eva Cassidy:

You remember him
For that great free kick
His name is Ryan Harley
Then he missed a pen
Hardly played again
By August he'll be sold.

:moo:

Burgess Hill
One Direction - What makes you beautiful

Poyet you light up my world like nobody else
The way that you speak to refs gets me overwhelmed
But now you're wavering slightly, why can't you tell?
You don't know-oh
You don't need to go to Wolves.

If only you saw what I could see
You'd understand that they're a mediocre team
Right now I'm looking at you, and I can't believe
You don't know-oh-oh
You don't need to go to Wolves.
You don't need to go to Wolves.

There's only one Alan Navarro
One Alan Navarro
Walking along, Singing a song
Walking in a Navarro wonderland

It sounds like EEEEEEEEEUUUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHSSSSSSSSS.

I'm guessing it's seagulls and it belongs to my 1 year old grand daughter when she points at the Seagulls flag.

Great thread. Various very weird ones in our house:

"Oh gully, gully, gully, gully, gully, gully, gully gull." (to 'Oh Jimmy, Jimmy....Jimmy Case')

"Sea, sea, sea, Segovia." (Segovia being an old Spanish guitar player)

Ooh, we've got lots...!

My favourite at the moment is "Michael Poke, My Lord, Michael Poke"...

A popular genre includes such abhorrences as "Hark Now Hear The PALACE Sing!" and even "Good old PALACE By The Sea"....

I forgot about the classic to Venga Boys - Boom Boom Boom

Bloom Bloom Bloom, he built our stadium
his squeeky voice is funny, and he's got lots of money
Bloom Bloom Bloom, he built our stadium
his squeeky voice is funny, and he's got lots of money

Another one I started singing a couple of weeks ago because I heard it on the radio. To The Overtones - For The Longest Time "woooooahhh ooooaaahh oh ohhh Toby Agdestein. woooooahhh ooooaaahh oh ohhh Toby Agdestein"

Superb!

My friend's drunken creation is now a little dated as they play together these days but to the tune of Come on Eileen...

Poor old Alan Navarro,
You got injured and lost your place
and now Bridcutt's taken the holding role.

I love that and have had a few runs through...

I used to have my own private chant that I never shared with anyone.

"Mullery's Team" to the tune of the classic Wings Christmas Number One... it was brilliant but I can't remember the words now - I know that Andy Rollings featured and I think Graham Winstanley...

My other masterpiece was a "3 Lions" cover that included "Gordon certain to score... and Nobby Horton..." ...

that is a corker - great scannage...

There are obviously quite a few chants that "should" be in the crowd repertoire but don't seem to make it. A tribute to Tony Bloom would surely be popular and good for a once a match airing at The Amex ...

I liked "Bloom, Bloom, He built our stadium alone, Filled all the dreams in our hearts, And gave the Albion a home" (or similar) when it was on here in the Summer...

To Boney M's Rasputin...

Instead of Ra Ra Rasputin...

Tjorbjorn Agdestein
Norways famous goal machine
Whenever he shoots, he'll score us a goal

With a bit of tinkering, I think that could work, assuming he does score some goals of course.
