I thought that rule was related to permanent signings, not loans.

Must be. Those Spurs lads Andros Townsend and Harry Kane, seem to play for about 5 clubs every season.

And are dire for all of them. With the possible exception of Kane to Millwall last season.

Townsend had arrived at QPR today for his medical only to be told they were no longer interested. And rightly so. He is dire. A thin Kevin McLeod.
