He has a face you would never tire of twatting.

Not that I'm suggesting anyone does, mind...

I prefer your other summation of him:

"Pardew - just f*** off. You dare gesticulate to Gus like that again. You're not fit to lick his piss, you pig-eyed sack of cock yoghurt."

Perfect description.

It must really bite Pardew that he never beats us.

According to the beeb, he said his team "bossed the game".

Which seems odds to me, considering his team fell behind twice, only scraping an equaliser with a minute left on the clock.

I hope he's in charge at Southampton next year, as we complete own him, and he is the most overrated manager in the league. I wouldn't say he's crap, but it has taken him over half a season to build a decent side, and it cost about £7m. Poyet has done it on a shoestring and in about one third of the time. Says it all really.

I was still buzzing last night in the pub after the game, still fuming at the ref, but ultimately proud of our lot in the face of some pretty serious hostility, but there was one thing I couldn't bring myself to do - read Pardew's comments. I would have had a mental moment.

I've no idea what he said, apart from almost certainly knowing he would be talking out of his arse and shitting out of his face. Don't know if he did, but I don't care now - the bloke's a f***ing spanner.

I'm starting to think he suffers from severe delusions when it comes to us: maybe his continual failure to beat the Albion is affecting his judgement.

Presumably his team "bossed" the game in the same way Reading were clearly the best team in the Second Division in 2002, despite finishing six (or was it seven??) points behind the Albion.

:lolol:

Do one Pardew, you Palace buffoon. We completely and utterly OWN you.

In addition to his anti-Brighton bias, there seems to be a sense of 'how dare someone play well against us and not roll over like Hartlepool or Stockport?'. This big fish nonsense will only make others want to beat them more, and they might be down here for a while, like Leeds.

They should be top 6 next season. However, hopefully they'll start off poorly and their crowd will see Pardew for the limited manager he is, and it'll be another season of glorious failure for them.

I can't help thinking this is rivalry that could bubble up nicely in the next 3 or 4 years. That would do, while Palace bumble along in their shabby ground at the wrong end of division 3.

This is what's so funny about him: they seem to consider him to have had a successful season. Really? A win in the Noddy cup final is a nice day out for the fans, but ultimately means nothing.

Any team spending millions on players in League One- Lambert, Fonte, Barnard & more- should absolutely WALK this division. Nobody else has spent cash like Pardew has. And yet, even if you gave them their points back, they still wouldn't even be in the play-off places. How shit a return on their money is that?

By rights, their fans should be telling him what a failure he is. But because they're all too busy feeling sorry for themselves and feeling hard done by over the points penalty, they kid themselves that he's doing a great job against the odds.

What would Norwich, Leeds or Charlton fans say about their managers if their teams finished in seventh place? Success? I don't think so.

Good! Leave them to be deluded the scummer twats. They have got what most would describe as a dream team in this division (front 6 players anyway), and there is no excuse for their relative failure this season.

Wise words Edna.

Charlton fans are hilarious. They've been moaning even in the days when they were 2nd. Leeds fans are no hilarious, but the idea of them failing AGAIN certainly is. :lolol:

I'm not too fussed by Charlton though, they've spent sod all and have still done quite well, even in the face of successive relegations. Don't think they've got much of a superiority complex. Parkinson was very gracious in defeat against us too.

D'ya reckon Pardew and that physio masquerading as manager of Tranmere Rovers have been copying each others homework ?

Naughty naughty boys.

Norwich haven't really spent much either, as far as I can recall. Millwall picked up Steve Morison fairly cheaply. Charlton are skint. Swindon and Colchester haven't done much business. Huddersfield and Leeds signed a few players in the close season but nowhere near as much as Southampton have.

And yet still, they're all ahead of Saints, with their relative riches, superior facilities and 31 goal striker....yep, Pardew's magic touch is working again.
