Ahhh! My tickets haven't turned up!

I applied by post on monday, they debited my account on wednesday but my tickets haven't shown up!!

Does this happen a lot? I know it's now pay on the day but don't want to pay another £20 each for tickets!

Put the question to ask the club.That is not good enough.

If the tickets dont turn up tomorrow by 9 am , ring the ticket office for advice , they will have the info on the actual ticket numbers issued to you and might be able to liaise with their counterparts in the Orient ticket office. If you paid by credit card you might need to take it with you to Orient to prove who you are if replacement tickets are provided at the ground.

Same happened to me - I rang the office today and they gave me replacements.

Ok, thanks for the advice. Will ring ticket office tomorrow morning.
Think I'd be slightly more angry if they hadn't made it pay on the day! At least I won't miss the game....
