Collar then raced forward but his cross was only cleared as far as LuaLua on the edge of the box, but the winger’s first-time effort was deflected narrowly wide of the target.
Albion were reduced to ten men late on when LuaLua was dismissed after referee Charles Breakspear was notified by his linesman about a gesture made towards Mr Pardew in the home crowd.

I suppose with such a small crowd the players could hear every insult being thrown at them. No idea what was said, but it must have riled up Kaz to react like that.
Is that the first time ever, the name Mansfield and plum tie have been used in the same sentence? Although they were pretty good in 1977/78 season (was it?), but that was the league.
