I am baffled as to why Webster is the scapegoat. He was Ok against Villa and hasn't been our worst player here either. For me, the issue is the naive defending as a unit, and the pretty powder puff bollox when we were running the first half hour, and created ONE chance.

Conversely, AFCB took over for 10 mins in the first half, scored 2 and might have scored 4. The pace of their front men overwhelmed our back line and made our defenders look completely village.

The team is all over the place so it’s of course much wider. We need to go back to basics and the core of our defence that has been here many t8mes before. Webster does little to build the confidence around him, he is half the defender of Duffy
