Advice on building a website

Good afternoon,

Not football related I know but neither are half the threads currently on the board and this is a lot less geeky than asking for relationship advice from a load of men who spend all their time on internet messageboards...

A few friends and I are going to put together a music, well, not quite music because it will include film and fashion etc, website.

Whatever you think of the idea (and I know by even putting that it is inviting people to post - 'It is a shit idea' or equally witty responses (and that putting THAT bit will mean they are definitely going to be some idiots who respond like that)) does anyone know any decent free website building services online?

Basically, we are doing it for fun and want a simple online template we can use to put together a half decent looking website. We eventually want to get a proper one designed but no point if we lose interest after a few weeks...

We have a website name we can use - just need somewhere we can build a website to go with it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time.

Seconded, they are the best free templates around.
They aren't "online" though, you will need to download them, then edit them, in something like Dreamweaver, or Frontpage, or Xara Webplus (Currently about £20 for version 10 from Xara.com - bloody bargain).

For genuine online design software try...

There's probably loads of other too.
