I lost faith in our fans a while ago, back when they ousted another competant former manager of ours.

Micky mate , if our donkey fans can't give you a season to build a team even despite your legacy , we don't deserve you anyway

You're one of the more vocal defenders of Adams. Honestly, how do you think he has done this season so far? Well? Competently? Not so well? Poorly? Do you think that he is any closer to building his own team? Of the players he's brought in permanently- virgo, hawkins, McLeod, livermore- which have done well and have genuinely, significantly improved the team? Has there been a change in the way we play- can we know see how Micky wants us to play? All genuine questions- I've not seen us play this season so can only go on results, match reports and what others tell me or I read on the internet.

Worthing
In hindsight maybe he should have included the words SOME and OF in there.........

Like......

I know football can change at the flick of a finger but I'm starting to lose faith with SOME OF the supporters.

I still dont want him sacked but he is encouraging a lot of this with those sort of statements. If he wants support then START winning football matches.

Having just heard the interview with Micky again on SCR I believe that his comments have been taken completely out of context and that the opposite to what most people seem to be saying I thought that he sounded in quite buoyant mood. Yes he did say about falling out with some of the fans and the players needing a cuddle but as I say it was said in a different manner to what has been reported on here.

Virgo, Hawkins, McLeod, Livermore all have impressive C.V's and I'm sure Micky is as baffled as to why they have been so poor/uninspiring as we are. Hawkins could well have been a Cullip, Livermore a R. Carpenter, McLeod a Brooker - but for whatever reason it hasn't worked out - but that's not to say it won't, we have seen glimmers of what they are capable of and with right levels of confidence & spirit they could still become assets

It might have helped Livermore if Adams had actually played him instead of picking Virgo in midfield ahead of him.
