Recently saw Arab Strap (brilliant band) at King Tut's, and, as if coming out to 'Ally's Army' wasn't enough, playing a hilarious acoustic version of 'Whole Lotta Rosie' in their encore really sold them to me. Headbanger heaven.

When I first arrived in Tokyo, they were playing live in Yokohama just down the road. So I thought, I'll go along and have a listen.

Ended up deaf for three days, due to my seat being quite close to the speaker system. Bloody good concert though.

Now I have a few of their albums, and a recollection of my fiancees brother singing Back in Black at a local Karaoke joint. Nowhere near as good as the original.

Seen AC/DC many times in the eighties and nineties and am partially deaf thanks to them, but i wouldn`t have it any other way, my five favourite tracks are,

Problem with ACDC is that with most of their songs, the start or the break are the best bits, their lyrics are quite reptative.

Except when the are having fun
