A23 southbound delay

It took me and extra hour to get home from Crawley tonight. When I got to the point of where the problem was coming from, all I could see was a load of cones for no reason. My wife, who was there earlier, said they were there at 12pm also.

Does anyone else think the Highway agency are just a complete bunch of useless cnuts who should all be shot?

Think it is a manhole cover that has broken. First heard about it at 9.0am this morning!

I had to drive North to the crawley exit, back south and off at balcombe

Yet they still hadnt fixed it by rush hour in the evening.

Perhaps they had fixed it, but it needs times for the cement to set?
