speaking to someone yesterday afternoon (who knows his stuff) said that building a 20,000 seater staduim on village way north would be impossible because the area of land isn't big enough - surely that can't be true- can it?

gotta be bollox! they wouldnt have put so much money in2 getting falmer and then realising the land is too small when it comes to building it!

Seriously though, this cannot be true - it was one of the points made by the nimbys, but nothing was made of it in the enquiry so it must be groundless, like most of their claims.
