The County Ground was going to be developed at one time. There were plans for a new pavillion at the north end, but they were scuppered by NIMBYs, only this time the NIMBYs were sitting in the deckchairs, though it would have been a shame to lose these. I think it's a pity that the new players' dressing room facilities are away from the pavillion - the players used to mix with spectators; they are now apart from them. I think there are still plans, but the club have been concentrating on youth development for the past few years. I think they need to improve the ground, or the club will be developing players for other clubs.
