Need a midfield maestro?

We've put Kevin Watson on the transfer list on his request as he isn't getting in the team anymore. As the link shows, many of us want him to play week on week at the moment but we keep playing James Harper, who to be fair can be absolutely superb, but isn't quite up to form at the moment. Its freeing up cash for Coppell to get some players.

Watson has led different teams to 3 promotions in 4 seasons, and in that 4th season he was in the team that got us to 4th in Division 1. He is mustard and will cruise through Division 2 where he will probably be looking to go. And he'll be cheap!

Surely all the criteria you need!!!

Judging by the comments on the Reading board, it sounds like he could be useful for us. But I'm sure there will be loads of other clubs interested if he's as good as Reading supporters say.

Yep, you're near the top of the league, aren't you!!!?!?

He is quality, but no Division One clubs will go in for him because we've hardly played him at this level. He's more than up to it though.

You're near the top of Div 2, and that's where he's best. And its not even a Reading reject (Rougier, Henderson etc) so there's no problem

Maybe I imagined it, but didn’t we compete with Reading to try to sign him and he chose Reading?

He also certainly did well at Rotherham – come on Steve do us a favour and let the Albion strengthen its midfield.
