A proper rendition of Good Old Sussex By The Sea.

The audience give it their best shot but can't quite match Noel.

First game at Falmer be good to get a decent brass band on the pitch banging it out.

Agree about the brass band, not the speeded up version though.

Almost as bad as the Alllllllllllllllllllbeeeun, Allllllllllllllllllbeeeeun dirge.

The 2 best versions are by either the band of The Royal Marines or The Massed Band of the Brigade of Guards.


That speeeded up version that they play when we win is awful and perhaps a lot of the players agree and that is why we dont win at home very often so they dont have to listen to it very often.

Other than Christs Hospital Band, who have played at Withdean, are there any other local brass or silver bands capable of playing this either at Withdean or Falmer.
