Taken on my tour of the 1901 facilities on Sunday, only just got round to uploading them, but there's an idea of the view you get from these seats and some pictures from the very top of the WSU. Enjoy!
One thing that has niggled me right from when the new footbridge was first built, why the hell are the handrails on the access ramp so completely 'wonky'? You can see it very clearly in the second picture, they're about as straight as a NOTW reporter!
Apart from the obvious SW corner cladding gaps I really dont know why people keep banging on about filling the corners in. I like the fact its 4 separate stands.
I want to see the top tier of the East done but other than that I like it as it is.
You generally get more atmosphere at grounds where there are separate stands each with their own identity and regulars aiming chanting at other stands. The new bowl like grounds that dont have a "home end", SCC or Leicester for example, always seem to have worse atmospheres.
Doesn't matter what we think anyway as the club will do whats best for the club.
Where's the replica Charity Shield? The Jewish Chronicle Cup? Copies of the other trophies we won during our time at Withdean? All the Sussex Senior Cups? The FA Cup runners up medals? It's an outrage I tell you!
