Why no question mark or apostrophe, you know it's wrong?
The question mark isn't required for a rhetorical question.
It was in place until I added you know it's right.

Missing the apostrophe though, blimey that's some bad ass ploppy, right there.

The question mark isn't required for a rhetorical question.
Although a rhetorical question implies an answer, and doesn't necessarily require an answer, it is still a question, and should end with a question mark.
