What is the point though when successive governments do little to address the core issue. I really can't understand the mentality of someone who does something like this. It's beyond my comprehension.

Unfortunately it has been weaponized. But I have hope that 'positions' can be untangled.

The videos unfortunately shows him drive quite deliberately into the crowd whilst accelerating into them twice having also collided heavily with someone else yards up the road. It doesn’t look accidental
