Stumbled across this yesterday: Home game aversus Burnley in 1978 ... and Wolverhampton's finest, The Slade up on stage, or to be more precise, on the old Goldstone Ground pitch

3 years before i was born. Nice clear day. A laugh for those who were in the north stand no doubt. Why was this filmed at the Goldstone and not Wolves' ground?

I was there, in the North Stand, it was a clear but very cold day and I'd very foolishly drunk half a bottle of Benedictine as anti-freeze - I think we won 2-1
