As has been mentioned, we wouldn't pay Mainoo's wages. However, buying any player from Man Utd is surely worth a punt. Virtually everyone they sell gets better and goes up in value: McTominay, Wan Bissaka, Hannibal, Elanga, Henderson, Garner, Pereira, Chong. Whatever position, whatever age, whatever price. They all seem to become more valuable the moment they step out of Offshore Jim's abattoir of dreams.
